Family Organiser is a private app for a single household. This page explains, plainly, what it collects and how to remove its access.

What we collect

  • Your Google account name and email, used to sign you in and show who's who in your family.
  • Read-only access to your Google Calendar, used to display your upcoming events. The app never creates, edits, or deletes calendar entries, and event details are fetched live — they are not stored.
  • The tasks and groups you create in the app, so it can show your family's shared list.

How it's used

Your data is used only to run the app for your family — showing tasks and your calendar, and sending you a once-daily email reminder of tasks that are due. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and there are no ads or tracking. Sign-in is handled by Google; the app never sees or stores a password.

Family Organiser's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions. You can also sign out from within the app, or ask your family admin to remove you, which detaches you from the family.
